CAMPUS INTERVIEW

Towards the end of a campus interview, the HR Manager asked a final year MBA student at Delhi University, "What starting salary are you expecting?".

The candidate replies "In the region of Rs.50 lakhs a year, I guess, depending on benefits and perks."

The HR Manager asks ""Well, what do you say for a package of 1 month vacation, 14 days Casual Leave, full Medical reimbursement for self and dependants, company leased car, say Volkswagon Vento?"

The MBA student straightens and says "Wow! You must be joking?"

The HR Manager replies "Yes, but you started it!"

TRUE LIES

Here is a story I have actually read sometime somewhere, don't remember when and where.

" I'm about to tell a story, I've never heard before,
so pull up a chair and sit on the floor.
One fine evening, sharp at sunrise,
two dead MPs got to fight, back to back they faced each other,
drew their swords and shot each other.
A deaf PM (a Police Man?) heard the noise,
and saved the lives of the two dead MPs.
